Position: Team Lead – Technical Recruitment

Experience : 7+ years
Qualification : Any degree / Technical Degree
Shift Timings : 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM IST
Location : Uppal, Hyderabad

Required Skillset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of US/Canada IT Recruitment
Thorough understanding of technical roles, technologies and skill sets
Proven experience in handling and mentoring recruiters
Robust team management and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities
Solid negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Target-oriented with a strong focus on team performance and delivery





Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and monitor a team of US IT Recruiters.
Allocate requirements and ensure effective coverage of open positions.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements.
Guide recruiters in sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates.
Monitor team performance, submissions, interviews, placements and closures.
Ensure recruiters maintain consistent candidate follow-up and pipeline activity.
Identify challenges and provide timely guidance to improve team productivity.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
Ensure quality and timely submissions against client requirements.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular performance updates.
Support salary negotiations and offer closures when required.
Drive the team towards achieving individual and organizational recruitment targets.
