Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in the South Goa district. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients and consultants, conducting site visits and measurements, and ensuring that designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability considerations. The role involves working with design and technical teams to refine layouts, elevations, and details, as well as providing support during tendering and construction phases to address design queries and oversee quality. The Architect will also participate in project reviews,



maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement of studio standards.
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into explicit, buildable solutions.
Experience with Project Management, including planning tasks, tracking milestones, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Understanding of Integration between design, structural, services, and other technical disciplines to deliver cohesive projects.
Familiarity with Software Development or digital tools relevant to architecture (e.g., CAD, BIM, 3D modeling, and visualization software).
Recognized degree in Architecture and eligibility for relevant professional registration or licensure, as applicable.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices, particularly in the Goan context.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain high attention to detail under deadlines.
