The AI Technical Analyst plays a critical role within the AI Center of Excellence (COE), translating business needs into intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions. This role combines business analysis, process design, and hands-on technical implementation to support the deployment of AI agents, RPA processes, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate is skilled at uncovering process inefficiencies and leveraging modern AI tools to deliver scalable improvements. Lead process discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, observation, and workflow analysis
Design, build, and deploy AI-driven workflows using no-code/low-code orchestration platforms
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI agent deployments and automation solutions
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating test execution, documenting results, and resolving defects
Monitor,



maintain, and optimize deployed AI and automation solutions to ensure performance and reliability
Assist in the integration of AI agents across platforms and systems to enable seamless workflows

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and automation platforms
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
Strong understanding of database structures and experience with SQL
Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or AI-driven solution design
Preferred experience working with APIs, including API integrations, documentation, testing, or troubleshooting.
