Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, including order processing, billing, and reconciliation of customer records. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial and sales documentation, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services, and responding to client queries in a professional manner. The role involves tracking account performance,



preparing periodic reports for management, and supporting collection and payment follow-ups. The Account Executive will also assist in improving account management processes and contribute to building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications

Strong skills in account management, customer service, and relationship building.
Proficiency in basic accounting practices, invoicing, and reconciliation of financial records.
Ability to use office productivity tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, accounting or ERP systems).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in an accounts or sales support role within manufacturing,
