Who we are looking for? :
Individuals with demonstrated experience in the packaging industry ( 15+ years ) + Btech (Any) or associated printing and packaging degrees
Ability to work with a data driven approach, facilitate processes and SOPs & Lead production operations with ownership
Ability to handle day to day operations of 50-100 member team with round the clock operations
Drive Lean Practices and comply with globally accredited standards ( BRCS, ISO , SEDEX )
