nWe are a quick-growing startup looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health of our organization and will provide an opportunity to grow with the company.
n Key Responsibilities:
n Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
n Payroll Management: Calculate and process salaries for employees and wages for laborers.
nEnsure accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
n Invoicing and Billing: Generate and manage invoices for clients. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
n Tax Compliance: Manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory tax compliances.
nEnsure timely submission of tax returns and reports.




n Day-to-Day Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records. Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure cost control.
n Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
nProvide financial insights to aid decision-making.
n Audit and Documentation: Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain organized records of financial documents and transactions.
n Collaboration and Support: Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes.
nSupport management with financial planning and forecasting.
n Qualifications and Skills:
