Key Responsibilities n• Handle customer queries and complaints through chat & voice
n• Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions
n• Ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible
n• Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism
n• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
n• Maintain accurate CRM/case records
n• Meet quality, resolution time and CSAT/NPS targets
