nWe are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in Pune . The role involves understanding client needs, conducting consultations, converting leads into long-term clients, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

nCandidates with strong leadership experience and a proven track record in sales may also be considered for the sales team lead position, where they will mentor team members, drive team performance,



and contribute to sales strategy and execution.

n Key Responsibilities
n1. Client Consultation & Sales Conversion

- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their fitness and wellness goalsn
- Present WILDFIT’s programs and services effectively to potential customersn
- Drive lead conversion through consultative and relationship-based sellingn
- Follow up consistently with leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunitiesn
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goalsn

n2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiativesn
