? Experience Required: 3 to 11 years

? Skills & Qualifications:

· Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA)
· 3 to 11 years of experience in experience in reference data, master data management, data operations, or related domains.
· Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
· Knowledge of / prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies highly preferred
· Seeking a challenging new position in a dynamic high growth company and industry.
· Should be valuable with logical and quantitative abilities.

Skills :-
· Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction
· Experience in financial services, banking,



healthcare, retail, or enterprise operations environments.
· Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and data governance frameworks.
· Familiarity with tools such as Informatica, Collibra, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
· Experience with automation and process optimization initiatives.
· Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data management.
· Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations – ability to read situations and act in minutes
· Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and stay relevant to business demands
