Role Description The Data Analyst at Rustic Tones will work full time in a hybrid arrangement, based in Hyderabad with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various business functions such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer feedback. The Data Analyst will build and maintain dashboards, generate regular and ad hoc reports, and interpret trends to support decision-making in areas like pricing,



inventory optimization, and sustainability initiatives. Daily tasks include performing statistical analyses, validating data quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, and presenting insights in transparent, actionable formats. The role also requires documenting methodologies, contributing to data governance best practices, and recommending improvements to processes based on quantitative findings.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
Solid grounding in statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods, hypothesis testing, and familiarity with statistical tools or libraries.
Experience with data modeling, including designing data structures, building models for reporting, and supporting business intelligence solutions.
