About the role

Lumora Creatives is looking for a proactive Growth & Outreach Intern to help plan, run and improve outbound campaigns for our clients. You’ll work across cold email, LinkedIn outreach and cold calling, helping create qualified sales conversations and booked meetings.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies, decision-makers and buying signals.
• Build, enrich and verify targeted prospect lists.
• Help create offers, cold-email copy and multichannel outreach messaging.
• Set up, execute and optimise outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn and cold calling.
• Monitor campaign performance, email deliverability and results.




• Make cold calls and complete manual LinkedIn outreach activities as required.
• Follow up with prospects, qualify interested leads and book meetings.
• Research prospects before calls and manage calendar invitations.
• Communicate with clients and manage assigned campaign activities on time.

Qualifications

• Solid written and spoken English.
• Comfortable speaking with prospects and handling outreach conversations.
• Good research, analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to learn cold email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling and client management.
• Able to work independently, follow processes and manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable internet connection during agreed working hours.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation or outbound outreach is helpful, but not required.
