Role Description: The Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dankuni, responsible for monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage across the facility to ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies. The role includes observing live camera feeds,



identifying and reporting suspicious activities, incidents, or safety hazards, and maintaining detailed logs and incident reports. The operator will coordinate with security, operations, and management teams to respond to alerts, support investigations, and provide video evidence when needed. Daily tasks also involve checking that all CCTV equipment is functioning correctly, escalating technical issues, and following standard operating procedures and data privacy guidelines. The role requires adherence to shift schedules, working in a control-room workplace, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout the day.
