Role Description The Wedding Planner role at Showtime Event is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Wedding Planner will coordinate and manage weddings from initial client consultation through event completion, including concept development, vendor sourcing, venue selection, and detailed timelines. Daily responsibilities include preparing and tracking budgets, managing guest lists, arranging décor and logistics,



and ensuring all services are delivered according to client expectations. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, on-the-ground supervision during events, and proactive problem-solving to handle last-minute changes. The Wedding Planner will also maintain high standards of customer service, provide regular updates to clients, and contribute ideas to enhance the overall event experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Planning and Event Planning skills to manage multiple weddings and timelines effectively.
