About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Identity Platform Engineer (SailPoint) to design, build, and automate enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SailPoint, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and enterprise identity platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms.
- Configure and manage SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory environments.
- Build and support automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows and lifecycle management processes.
- Design provisioning and deprovisioning solutions across enterprise applications.
- Integrate applications using APIs, SCIM, LDAP, and Web Services.
- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), governance policies, and compliance controls.
- Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, and transforms.
- Collaborate with HR, Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application Owners to deliver identity solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.
- Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and platform optimization activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5+ years of enterprise IAM engineering experience.




- 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience.
- Strong experience with SailPoint Connectors, Rules, Transforms, Workflows, and Policies.
- Experience building Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation.
- Experience onboarding applications with RBAC, Birthright Access, and Request-Based Access models.
- Hands-on experience with Provisioning and Deprovisioning across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and directory synchronization concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Current/Last CTC should be 11 LPA or above.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating technical runbooks and operational documentation.
- Experience building knowledge repositories and engineering standards.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise IAM environments.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, or PowerShell scripting.
