Job Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Manager you will lead paid media strategy, campaign execution, optimization, and team management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and customer acquisition, with a proven track record of driving ROI, lead generation, and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team while developing and executing paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Own campaign planning, budgets, bidding, A/B testing, keyword strategy, and ad optimization to achieve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI targets.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, scale successful campaigns, and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, Tech, and Sales teams; ensure accurate tracking through GA4, GTM,



and Looker Studio; and present MBR/QBR reports with actionable insights and growth plans.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/PPC, preferably in EdTech, with 1–2 years in a team lead/managerial role.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
