The role involves understanding prospective students' career goals, providing information about relevant courses, handling enquiries and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, chats and meetings.
- Understand students' requirements, career goals and backgrounds.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, certifications and career opportunities.
- Guide students towards suitable courses based on their requirements.
- Handle basic queries and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Work closely with Senior Counsellors and the counselling team.
- 0-1 year of experience in counselling, customer service, telecalling, sales, EdTech or a related field.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
