Role Description: As a Senior Node.js Engineer, you'll join our engineering team on a 3-month contract to work on distributed messaging and high-performance backend systems for real client projects. This role is focused on building and scaling queue-driven backend services, designing message-driven architectures, integrating brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ, and ensuring the systems you build are reliable under real production load. You'll work closely with our engineering team, contributing to backend infrastructure that powers features real users depend on every day.
Requirements
3+ years of skilled experience
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js
Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
Understanding of distributed systems and message-driven architectures
Experience building scalable, reliable backend services
