Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will lead institutional growth, client origination, and deal shaping across industrial decarbonization, energy storage, and clean power transition mandates. Based in Ranchi with a hybrid working model, this role is responsible for driving enterprise customer acquisition, mapping key accounts across industrial corridors, and securing high-value advisory engagements. Acting as a trusted commercial advisor, the individual will translate complex techno-commercial energy concepts into outcome-driven value propositions, lead proposal negotiations,



and manage long-cycle B2B pursuits from opportunity identification to contract execution.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Origination & Account Mapping: Identify, map, and engage C-suite and plant leadership (Plant Heads, CXOs, VP Operations, Chief Sustainability Officers) across mining companies, heavy manufacturing units, and renewable energy developers.
End-to-End Pursuit Lifecycle: Lead the full deal lifecycle—from account discovery, chance qualification, and NDA execution to proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
Deal Shaping & Value Translation: Interface between industrial clients and internal technical specialists to shape tailored commercial proposals and outcome-focused transformation narratives for clean energy and storage solutions.
Pursuit Excellence & Sector Assets: Build and maintain high-impact pitch decks, repeatable proposal frameworks,
