We are looking for energetic, responsible, and execution-oriented individuals to join our Event Operations Team.

About the Role
As an Event Assistant, you will support the Event Management Team in the planning and on-ground execution of events.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with people, solving problems, and making sure things happen on time.
You will work closely with event managers, supervisors, vendors, staff, and venue teams to ensure smooth event operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and execution of events.




Support event managers and supervisors with day-to-day operational tasks.
Help coordinate event staff, volunteers, vendors, and service teams.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and according to instructions.
Assist with venue preparation, signage, counters, entry points, and event infrastructure.
Coordinate with on-ground staff and communicate instructions clearly.
Report operational issues, delays, or incidents immediately.
Support other departments whenever required during the event.
Be present at the assigned reporting location on time.
Follow event SOPs, instructions, and safety protocols.
Monitor assigned areas and ensure smooth operations.
Assist in handling last-minute operational requirements.
Support event closure, dismantling, inventory checks, and post-event activities.
