As we scale our team and expand into international markets, we are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire the best minds in AI, engineering, and enterprise sales.
Role Overview
You will own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions — from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to closing offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding. You will work closely with founders and function heads to build high-quality talent pipelines for a rapidly scaling deep-tech startup.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure




Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring plans
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles — AI/ML engineers, computer vision engineers, full-stack developers, solution/deployment engineers, enterprise sales, and operations
Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Instahyre, Cutshort), referrals, campus hiring, and headhunting
Screen resumes and conduct first-round evaluations for culture fit, motivation, and role alignment
Coordinate and schedule technical and leadership interview rounds; ensure a quick, high-quality candidate experience
Track and report hiring metrics — time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
Manage employer branding initiatives: LinkedIn presence, hiring campaigns, and campus engagement
Negotiate offers within approved compensation bands and manage pre-joining engagement to minimise dropouts
