Role Description The Purchase Specialist is a full time, on-site role located at the Silvassa facility. This role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies. The Purchase Specialist will track order status, follow up on deliveries, maintain accurate purchasing records,



and coordinate with production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing purchasing data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting vendor evaluation and performance reviews. The role requires adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards while maintaining strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchasing to manage sourcing, vendor interactions, and procurement workflows effectively.
