n Profile: Sales Co-ordinator
n Experience : 5-10 years
n CTC : 50,000/- per month ( Depends on Interview )
n Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai

n Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Coordinate export sales ordersn
- Prepare and manage all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of originn
- Communicate with international clients regarding order status, shipping updates, and documentation requirementsn
- Liaise with all stake holders to ensure timely shipment and deliveryn
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and export control lawsn
- Maintain up-to-date client records and export databasesn
- Track shipments and provide clients with regular updatesn
- Assist the export sales team in preparing quotations and managing pricing files, if requiredn
- Generate reports on export sales performance,



shipment schedules, and customer feedbackn
- Coordinate with production and inventory teams to confirm product availabilityn

n Qualifications:
n
- n
- Graduate in any fieldn
- 5-10 years’ experience in a Sales Coordinator or Export Executive rolen
- Working knowledge of export markets in Far East countries, an added advantagen
- Solid knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and customs proceduresn
- Familiarity with Incoterms, LC (Letter of Credit), and international trade regulationsn
- Excellent organizational and communication skillsn
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or export management systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle)n
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple prioritiesn
