About the Role

nHero Education is looking for energetic and experienced Learning Consultants and Senior Learning Consultants to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales , with proven experience in selling Online MBA Programs .
nKey Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective learners and understand their career and learning goals.n
- Drive end-to-end sales of Online MBA Programs through consultative selling.n
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets.n
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and guide them through the enrollment journey.n
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about programs and offerings.n
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure a positive candidate experience.n





nRequirements

- n
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry. n
- Mandatory experience in selling Online MBA Programs .n
- Strong consultative selling and counselling skills.n
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.n
- Candidates must have excellent English communication skills. n
