About the Role
We are looking for a Wedding Designer who is passionate about weddings, design, people, and most importantly — sales.
As a Wedding Designer, you will be the first major point of contact for couples who are looking to create their wedding experience with us. Your role will be to understand their vision, build a strong relationship, translate their ideas into an exciting wedding concept, and ultimately convert the opportunity into a client.
This is a high-ownership, target-driven sales role. You will be expected to manage the complete sales journey — from the first enquiry and discovery call to presenting concepts, handling objections, negotiating, and closing the deal.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound wedding enquiries and qualify potential clients.
Speak with couples and families to understand their wedding requirements, preferences, budget, and expectations.
Build strong relationships and create trust with prospective clients.




Develop and present compelling wedding concepts and design ideas.
Prepare and present proposals and pitch decks that excite clients.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and venue/client meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend the right products/services.
Follow up consistently and strategically with prospective clients.
Handle pricing discussions, objections, negotiations, and competition.
Drive leads through the sales funnel and take ownership of conversions.
Maintain accurate CRM/sales pipeline information and follow up on every opportunity.
Coordinate internally with the design, planning, and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover after closure.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
