Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Telecalling, Sales and Recovery Executive. The role involves making outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments, explaining account status, and negotiating repayment plans in line with company policies. The executive will handle daily call targets, maintain accurate records of conversations, update payment commitments,



and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery. Responsibilities include promoting suitable repayment options, resolving customer queries, escalating complex cases as needed, and coordinating with internal teams to support overall collection and sales objectives. The role requires adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach during all interactions.
