Role Description This full-time, in office Sales Manager role is based in India and focuses on driving revenue growth for APPUP’s mobile-first programmatic solutions. The Sales Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with agencies and brands, and present APPUP’s platform, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline,



conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account success. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance data, gathering market feedback, and working closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and improve offerings. This position requires consistent in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients, as well as adherence to company sales processes and reporting standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or account management in digital advertising, ad-tech, or programmatic marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and consultative selling, including the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
