Role Description The Traffic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily road transport operations and vehicle movement. This role manages scheduling and dispatching of trucks, monitors trip progress, and coordinates with drivers and clients to ensure on-time deliveries. The Traffic Manager tracks fleet utilization, resolves route or delivery issues in real time,



and maintains accurate records of shipments, documentation, and transportation costs. The position involves close collaboration with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to meet service level expectations, optimize routes, and adhere to safety and compliance standards. The Traffic Manager also contributes to process improvement initiatives, supports incident reporting, and helps implement best practices in transportation management.
Qualifications
Experience in traffic, transport, or fleet management, with the ability to plan routes, schedule vehicles, and monitor trips effectively.
Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications and transport management tools or spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
