Role Purpose
To lead the overall performance of the store by driving sales, profitability, customer experience, people productivity and operational excellence. The Store Director will be accountable for the complete store P&L; and ensure execution of brand standards and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & P&L;
Own the store’s sales, margin, profitability and key business KPIs.
Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Analyse store performance and implement corrective actions to close gaps.
Optimise conversion, ATV, UPT and customer productivity.
2. Store Operations
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day store operations.
Maintain high standards of VM, stock management, replenishment and store hygiene.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements and company policies.
Drive shrinkage control and inventory accuracy.
3. Customer Experience
Create a premium and differentiated customer experience.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalated complaints effectively.
Ensure the team consistently delivers brand service standards.

People Leadership
Lead, coach and develop the store leadership and frontline team.
Drive productivity, performance management and employee engagement.
Build a solid succession pipeline for key store positions.
Ensure effective manpower planning and optimum deployment of resources.
5. Inventory & Commercial Excellence
Partner with VM, Buying/Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to optimise stock.
Monitor sell-through, ageing, stock cover and replenishment.
Drive effective markdown and clearance strategies.
Minimise stock loss and operational leakages.
6. Compliance & Controls
Ensure adherence to all company, statutory and safety requirements.
Maintain strong discipline around cash management, billing and store controls.
Ensure timely closure of internal and external audit observations.
