Prime Pix is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer – Digital Cinema to join our team.
The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital cinema projection, audio, server, networking, and automation systems at customer locations.
This is a hands-on technical role that requires strong troubleshooting abilities, a customer-focused approach, and willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission digital cinema projectors, servers, audio systems, and related equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at cinema sites.
Configure cinema servers, automation systems, networking equipment, and associated AV systems.
Troubleshoot projection and cinema sound systems.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Identify faulty components and coordinate repairs or replacements.
Maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation.




Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure minimum system downtime.
Provide basic technical training and guidance to cinema personnel.
Follow company service procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
Good understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
Basic knowledge of computer networking, TCP/IP, switches, routers, and IP configuration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and system documentation.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently at customer sites.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
