Key Responsibility Areas
Identify and research relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Assist in shortlisting influencers based on brand requirements, audience demographics, engagement rate, content quality, and relevance.
Support influencer outreach and communication for brand campaigns.
Coordinate with influencers regarding campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and content requirements.
Follow up with influencers to ensure timely submission and posting of deliverables.
Monitor influencer content to ensure adherence to campaign guidelines and brand messaging.
Maintain and regularly update influencer databases, trackers, and campaign sheets.
Stay updated on influencer trends, emerging creators, social media trends, and relevant content formats.
Assist in developing campaign concepts, content ideas, moodboards, and creative briefs.
Support the team with day-to-day influencer marketing and campaign management activities.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and coordination skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.
Organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Highly motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Valuable understanding of social media trends and influencer content.
Prior experience with influencer marketing, social media, or internships in a similar field will be an added adv
