What you own
All social channels — grow followers, reach, and traffic organically
Turn on our referral program (built, barely used)
Campus/placement-cell partnerships — our users already skew campus job-prep (Manage the Campus Ambassador Intern's)
Grow the GEO LLM traffic.
SEO — one more lever to pull, not the main job (we rank #50–60 currently)
Compensation
No fixed salary or stipend. Commission — % decided once we find the right fit. Open to equity instead of commission for the right person.
