Brand Identity Designer
Nolox is looking for a Brand Identity Designer to join our team full-time.
We’re looking for a designer who thinks beyond aesthetics—someone who can turn ideas, strategy, and business objectives into distinctive brand identities with clarity, character, and solid visual craft.

You’ll work across a range of branding projects, from early concepts and visual exploration to complete identity systems and final execution. The ideal candidate has strong conceptual thinking, a sharp eye for typography and composition, and the ability to develop thoughtful design systems that work consistently across different touchpoints.

This role is for someone who cares deeply about the details, enjoys solving complex visual problems, and wants to create work that is both strategically meaningful and visually exceptional.
Duties & Responsibilities

Develop original and conceptually strong brand identity directions based on strategic objectives.
Translate brand strategy and positioning into compelling visual identities.
Develop logos, typography, color systems,



graphic languages, layouts, and supporting visual elements.
Build cohesive and flexible brand systems that can scale across different applications.
Explore multiple creative directions and clearly communicate the thinking behind design decisions.
Take projects from initial research and concept development through refinement and final delivery.
Create brand applications across digital, print, packaging, social, presentations, and other relevant touchpoints.
Maintain consistency and quality across the entire identity system while knowing when to push the visual language further.
Present design concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
Work closely with strategists, designers, and other team members throughout the creative process.
Respond thoughtfully to feedback and iterate without losing the core idea.
Ensure all final artwork meets a high standard of craft, accuracy, and production
