Role Description The Admission Counsellor Intern role is a remote internship focused on guiding prospective students and their guardians through the admission process for CodeMasti’s programs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing clear information about courses, workshops, and scholarship tests, and explaining program benefits and eligibility criteria.



The intern will support lead generation and follow-up, maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or spreadsheets, and coordinate scheduling for demo classes or counselling sessions. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with outreach campaigns, collecting feedback from participants, and collaborating with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This internship offers exposure to EdTech admissions, communication best practices, and student-focused counselling.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, and a professional, empathetic approach when interacting with students and parents.
