We are looking for Field Sales Executives to join our sales team in Pune.
This is a 100% field-based sales role. The selected candidate will be required to travel across Pune every working day to meet businesses/customers, generate new leads, acquire new business/merchant partners, complete onboarding, and build long-term relationships.

Candidates must currently be based in Pune or within daily commuting distance of Pune.

Candidates looking for an office-based, inside-sales, or remote role should not apply.

What you will do
Visit businesses and prospective customers across Pune
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking and other sales activities
Identify and approach potential business/merchant partners
Explain and demonstrate our products/services
Acquire and onboard current customers/partners
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
Maintain relationships with existing customers/partners
Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions




Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support
Provide regular updates on field activities and sales performance

What we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development, merchant acquisition or a similar role
Experience in fintech, telecom, SaaS, payments, FMCG, or merchant/business acquisition is preferred
Own two-wheeler is required
Valid driving licence is required
Comfortable travelling across Pune every working day
Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets
Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered

Compensation & benefits
₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives + Annual Performance Bonus
Fixed monthly salary based on experience and suitability
Travel allowance/reimb
