Role Description:
The Management Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Management Executive will oversee day-to-day operations across businesses and the group operation across geographies.
The Management Executive will assist in planning and executing operational strategies, preparing reports and analyses, and supporting decision-making for senior leadership. The position also includes client communication, resource allocation, and risk management to maintain high standards that the group stands for.
Qualifications
Operational and project management skills, including experience managing teams,
coordinating workflows, and tracking performance metrics.
Knowledge of IT services and consulting practices, preferably with exposure to ITIL/ITSM frameworks and service delivery environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data-driven decision-making and process improvement skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a high level of integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in project management or IT service management are an advantage.
