Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager – Roof Top Solar role based in Lucknow. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of rooftop solar projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams, managing procurement and expediting of materials, and supervising site activities and inspections to comply with safety and regulatory requirements.



The role involves monitoring project progress, addressing risks and issues, optimizing logistics and resource allocation, and preparing regular status reports and documentation for stakeholders. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement in project processes and contribute to client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
