Company Description Work In Progress Labs is an artist-run creative studio focused on experimental, interdisciplinary, and critical art practices. The studio collaborates with artists, collectives, and institutions on festivals, residencies, commissions, and space design to imagine and build new cultural futures. Since 2023, Work In Progress Labs has curated and produced over 500 programs, including multi-city festivals, live performance experiments, workshops, film screenings, and exhibitions. Collaborations span major cultural organizations such as Alliance Française, Instituto Cervantes, British Council, and leading venues across Delhi, Bangalore, and beyond. The studio is actively expanding its network of collaborators, co-curators, and cultural partners to support ambitious, boundary-pushing artistic work.
Role Description The Corporate Partnerships Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing corporate partners who align with Work In Progress Labs’ artistic vision and programming.



Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and pitching partnership opportunities, developing tailored proposals, and negotiating partnership terms that support festivals, residencies, commissions, and other initiatives. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will oversee relationship management, ensure timely delivery of partnership commitments, and coordinate reporting and impact summaries for corporate supporters. The role collaborates closely with the artistic, production, and communications teams to integrate partner needs into programming while maintaining the studio’s creative integrity and community-focused ethos.
