Role Description The Founding Office Intern role is a full-time, remote position that supports the day-to-day operations of Artsays.in. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing documents and records, and assisting with routine office administration tasks. The intern will help respond to inquiries, support customer interactions, and ensure explicit and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.



The role also involves basic accounting support such as tracking expenses, updating spreadsheets, and supporting invoice management under guidance from senior team members. The intern will collaborate with the founding team, contribute to process improvements, and adapt to evolving tasks typical of a growing startup.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with team members and customers.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, with the ability to manage schedules, documents, and routine operational tasks.
Customer Service capabilities, including responsiveness, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.
Basic Accounting skills, such as handling expense records, simple reconciliations, and accurate data entry.
Comfort with remote work tools (email, video conferencing, shared documents) and strong organizational skill
