We work with clients across international markets and are looking for a highly driven, hands-on Outbound Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our outbound business development function.

About the RoleWe are looking for a 7–10 years experienced B2B sales qualified with a strong track record in international outbound sales, team leadership, business development, and deal closure.
This is a player-coach role. You will lead and manage the Outbound Business Development team responsible for generating qualified meetings through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and sales automation. At the same time, you will personally own the qualified opportunities generated by the team and take them through discovery,



proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, mentor, and manage the Outbound Business Development/SDR team.
- Set and track weekly and monthly activity, meeting, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and drive accountability against KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales training.
- Build a high-performance outbound sales culture focused on quality pipeline and revenue generation.

Outbound Strategy & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies across:
- Cold Calling
- Cold Email Outreach
- LinkedIn Prospecting
- Sales Automation
- Account-Based Outreach
- Define target industries, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and international markets.
- Develop effective prospecting messaging, sequences, and outreach campaigns.
