Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves developing HR policies, managing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.



The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. The role also includes managing payroll inputs, benefits administration, HR documentation, and coordinating training and development initiatives.
