Role Description The Floor In-charge / Shift In-charge role is a full-time, on-site position located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day production activities on the shop floor, ensuring that manufacturing targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Responsibilities include monitoring shift performance,



allocating tasks to team members, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime. The role also involves maintaining accurate production records, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. The Floor In-charge / Shift In-charge will collaborate with supervisors and management to support continuous improvement and efficient resource utilization across shifts.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to supervise floor operations, manage shifts, and coordinate production activities effectively.
Experience in electronic manufacturing or related industries, with familiarity in assembly lines for mobile phones, consumer electronics, or similar products.
Robust skills in quality control, documentation, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Capability to analyze production
