Role Description The Autocad Designer Civil role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves preparing and updating civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, including construction drawings, layout plans, and detailed sections. The Autocad Designer Civil will coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, performing space planning and optimization,



maintaining drawing documentation, and supporting revisions during different project stages. The role also requires effective communication with project stakeholders to clarify design requirements and resolve drawing-related queries.
Qualifications

Ability to interpret and create precise Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.
Strong Drawing and Space Planning skills to develop functional layouts and detailed civil designs.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with engineers, architects, site supervisors, and clients.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience in building construction projects, including renovation or restoration work, is an advantage.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and basic structural concepts.
