Role Description The IT Assistant is a full time, on-site role based at Ramada by Wyndham, Neemrana in Alwar. This role supports daily hotel operations by providing technical assistance for computer systems, networks, and hotel-specific applications used by various departments. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware and software, monitoring system performance, resolving user issues,



and ensuring reliable printer and peripheral device functionality. The IT Assistant will perform routine troubleshooting, coordinate with vendors or senior IT staff for escalated issues, and help maintain data security and backup procedures. The role also involves documenting support activities, training staff on basic IT usage, and contributing to continuous improvement of technology services in the hotel.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology, including basic networking and system administration skills.
Ability to provide effective Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware, software, and hotel IT systems.
Experience with Printer Support, including installation, configuration, and resolving printing issues.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
