About the Role: We are a well-funded Web3 product company building decentralized finance (DeFi) applications and secure on-chain infrastructure. We are looking for an exceptional Blockchain Developer who has moved past basic tutorials and has shipped audited, gas-optimized smart contracts on Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity.
Write comprehensive unit tests for smart contracts using Hardhat or Foundry to prevent reentrancy and logic vulnerabilities.
Integrate smart contracts with frontend applications and backend systems using Web3.js or Ethers.js.
Optimize smart contracts for maximum gas efficiency and scale.
Collaborate with protocol auditors to resolve security vulnerabilities before mainnet deployment.
Build and maintain decentralized application (dApp)
backends using Node.js or TypeScript.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of dedicated, professional experience in blockchain development (excluding basic internships).
Deep proficiency in Solidity and EVM architectures.
Hands-on experience with development frameworks like Hardhat or Foundry.
Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and standard token implementations (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
Proven experience integrating blockchain networks with web applications (Ethers.js / Web3.js).
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism).
Familiarity with Rust (for Solana/Polkadot) or Go.
Background in deploying Subgraphs (The Graph) for indexing on-chain data.
Open-source contributions to Web3 protocols or an active GitHub portfolio of dApps.
