Role Description The CRM Executive will manage and optimize customer relationships by monitoring customer interactions, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and supporting customer retention initiatives. Responsibilities include tracking customer inquiries, coordinating with sales and support teams, and ensuring consistent follow-up to improve customer experience. The role involves analyzing customer data to identify trends, preparing reports on engagement and retention, and assisting in the implementation of customer-focused campaigns.



The CRM Executive will also help resolve customer issues, gather feedback, and support efforts to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
