Role Description This is a full-time, Sales Executive role based in Meerut. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and providing regular reports and updates to sales leadership.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a quick-paced commercial environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
Ability to conduct market and customer research, analyze sales data, and develop actionable sales strategies.
Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic reporting to track leads, opportunities, and performance.
Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
