Role Description The Human Resources Executive will support and manage day-to-day HR operations in a full time, on-site role based in Sonipat. Responsibilities include administering HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and handling onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. The role involves managing employee relations, assisting with performance management processes,



and supporting compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Executive will coordinate recruitment activities, facilitate basic training and induction programs, and collaborate with management to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment. The position requires close interaction with employees and leadership to address HR queries, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.
