Role Description The Senior Artist Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing and nurturing relationships with content creators and influencers in the Creators Gram network. This role involves managing talent portfolios, negotiating collaborations and brand deals, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns that align with client objectives and creator positioning. The Senior Artist Manager will coordinate day-to-day communication between creators, internal teams, and external partners, handling scheduling, deliverables, and performance tracking. This position also includes guiding creators on brand alignment, content strategy, and professional development, while identifying current opportunities for growth and visibility. The role requires close collaboration with the campaign, social media, and events teams to ensure cohesive, impactful projects and a positive experience for both creators and clients.
Qualifications
Experience in talent or artist management, influencer marketing, or related fields,



including managing creator relationships and negotiating brand collaborations.
Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management, with the ability to represent creators’ interests while aligning with client goals.
Knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing practices, including basic understanding of campaign metrics and performance analysis.
Proven organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple creators, campaigns, timelines, and event-related tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, creative environment and provide constructive guidance and feedback to artists and internal teams.
Relevant experience in agency, entertainment, or media environments; prior work with influencers, creators, or talent is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field, or equivalent
