Raxvor is a social platform built around human expression, connection, and real-time community experiences.
Raxvor is already live and actively being developed. We are looking for a Full Stack Flutter Developer who can work with our existing production codebase and contribute to the next stage of product development.
What you'll work on
Develop and maintain features in Raxvor's existing Flutter application
Work with the existing architecture and codebase
Build new product features and improve existing ones
Integrate frontend features with backend services and APIs
Work on real-time communication and community features
Improve application performance, stability, and scalability
Debug and resolve production issues
Work on Raxvor's Coin, gifting, and monetization systems
Collaborate directly with the Raxvor team on product and technical decisions

What we're looking for
Strong experience with Flutter and Dart
Good understanding of application architecture and scalable code
Experience working with state management, preferably Riverpod
Experience working with backend services and APIs
Comfortable working with databases and real-time systems
Ability to understand and work with an existing production codebase
Good debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work
Willingness to learn and work with technologies that may be new to you
Fluent in Hindi and comfortable communicating in Hindi for day-to-day communication
Experience with all the technologies in our stack is preferred, but solid fundamentals, adaptability, and the ability to work with an existing production application are equally important.
