Role Description This is a full time, on-site MIS Executive role based in Pune City. The MIS Executive is responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining regular MIS reports and dashboards to support business and management decisions. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and validating data from various internal systems, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with different teams to understand reporting requirements,



ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of reports, and supporting process improvements through analytical findings. The MIS Executive will also assist in developing standardized reporting formats and documentation to enhance transparency and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, with experience in handling business data and reporting tools.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities, including proficiency in generating, interpreting, and presenting reports and dashboards.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly convey insights to management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is highly beneficial.
